I grew up in the streets of Feltonville in North Philadelphia; a neighborhood rich in diversity.  After attending Central High School, I received a Baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy at Temple University. Along the way, I had many jobs including selling newspapers, working as a busboy, parking cars and selling beer and hot dogs at the Phillies and Eagles games. My first job, after obtaining my Baccalaureate Degree in Occupational Therapy, landed me at Sheppard Pratt Psychiatric Hospital in Towson, Maryland where I worked as an Occupational Therapist.  I went on to further my education at Temple University receiving a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology.  I then worked as a Guidance Counselor at Maple Shade High School in Maple Shade.

Desiring to make a greater impact on the world, I was accepted at Delaware Law School.  After law school, I immediately began appearing in Court advocating for my clients.  Over the course of my career, I have tried in excess of a hundred cases, many of them jury trials in both state and federal courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Though I pride myself as a courtroom attorney, I also specialize in Real Estate, Immigration, Wills and Estates, and Adoptions.

Scher and Isenberg LLC was founded in 1996 with my wife and partner, Lynda Scher.  Lynda’s expertise is in Family Law, and collectively we have over 75 years of experience.  We began our practice with the objective of providing affordable legal services to our clients in many areas of the law. Strong advocacy and a work ethic for the benefit of our clients has always been and remains our goal in providing competent and caring legal services.
